Most items on our website are ordered direct from our suppliers especially for you. Not carrying a large stock keeps our overhead low and allows us to pass on the savings to you, the consumer.Therefore, as is the industry standard with special orders, once an order is placed it cannot be canceled or returned, unless there is damage.
